Beef Burgundy Recipe
Got this in my mail today. It sounded to good not to put up here.

Ingredients
  • 2--3lbs beef tips
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup--no water
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix--no water
  • 1 cup burgundy wine--cheap is fine

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients into a roasting pan and cover.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours stirring every half hour.
  3. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
