LOVE, LOVE, LOVE White Castle hamburgers! Grew up eating them and have never outgrown them. I only get them now when I visit my sister in Ohio. Can't wait to try these!!

I could have used this recipe when I lived in Austin, TX a few years back. Being originally from Chicagoland ... I sure missed them when I was away! This recipe is a keeper just in case we 'transplant' ourselves South once again in the future. Or .. if I'm too lazy to go out and get sliders myself =) Thanks!

Say, being made a dozen to a batch makes these pseudo-sliders a great snack for a small get-together, like a football game or a seance. I've bookmarked them. Thanks.

3! How about 3 dozen!!!! OK, I just bought frozen rat burgers in Sacrmento, now I have to make these just to see. Best, JJ.

What a great recipe thanks for sharing! Will bookmark this for sure

*Pink eyes are wide as saucers...*YUM! Thx Shirley! Tops!

Have never had a White Castle burger, but from what I am reading they must be something special. Must admit your submission sounds really good and I can picture my grandsons chowing down on them ... so easy ... Thanks for sharing .. J

Yummy, i know this is good because this is how i make my meatloaf. It is also delicious cold in a sandwich.

I have used a similar recipe, but this one seems much easier. In the one I have the patties were formed individually and you made the holes with a straw. Also it used dehydrated onions seperately and not in with the meat mixture. This looks great. Thanks for the post !

My daughter is STILL trying to get 'down there to the States' to find out what all the fuss is about with these! LOL! I have tried a similar recipe before, and it is all in the onions & cooking (fry-steaming, or in this case, baked...)
TY, Shirley :)

Love sliders........could never eat just 3! Thanks so much for the post cuz you can't get them in Utah. I buy the frozen ones but that's the problem, frozen. Hope this satisfies my HUGE craving for whitecastle.
