How to make it

  • Clean your chicken and pat dry with a paper towel
  • Season chicken pieces with pepper, seasoning salt, and creole seasoning. *What I do is put the seasonings in an empty salt shaker and mix the seasonings up well. It makes it easier to put the seasonings on foods!*
  • Roll in flour
  • Heat your fry-daddy and drop them in!
  • Drain on paper towels and enjoy!!
