How to make it

  • Preheat the grill for high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the lamb, green onions, garlic, curry powder, cumin, red pepper, salt and pepper (you can adjust these seasonings to you likings).
  • Combine yogurt and spices for dipping.
  • Form into 4 patties.
  • Grill patties 5 minutes on each side, or until done.

    Sounds great, my family love indian flavours. I am going to make this for dinner this weekend. I agree with a.k. though - lifes too short for non-fat!!

    This looks really good, but I would like to know two things, what type of curry mix did you use, and why, I say why, use non-fat yoghurt for such a nice dish? It does sound good!
