Oven Pancake Recipe

Oven Pancake Recipe
This is easy to make, but doesn't taste like it. Don't be surprised if your family barricades the kitchen door until you make another one!

I don't know who rated this a 1, but that's crazy! I rated it a 5, because I know this is good. My family always referred to these as Dutch Babies and my husband's family referred to them as Mount Saint Helen's Breakfast (in honor of our local active volcano in Washington State). I love mine smothered in butter with lots of maple syrup. Heaven! I may have to make this for dinner with some yummy crispy bacon. Thanks for sharing! - Natalie

You can also scatter small diced ham pieces in the melted butter before baking, and I like it with cinnamony fried apples on top!
