Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place wine, rosemary, onion, garlic, cracked peppercorns and olive oil in large baking.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Add steaks and turn to coat both sides.
  • Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  • Heat grill then remove meat from marinade.
  • Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
  • Grill 7 minutes on each side.
  • Slice against the grain.
