Rosemary Garlic Wine Marinated Steak

- 2 rib eye steaks shopping list
- 3 cups dry red wine shopping list
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 small onion coarsely chopped shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place wine, rosemary, onion, garlic, cracked peppercorns and olive oil in large baking.
- Stir to combine.
- Add steaks and turn to coat both sides.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
- Heat grill then remove meat from marinade.
- Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill 7 minutes on each side.
- Slice against the grain.
