Moms Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

My Mom got this recipe from the chef at an officer's club years ago. It is still our favorite blue cheese dressing. The club served it with dill pickles as an appetizer. Sounds weird but it is really good!

Ingredients
- 1/2 of a small can of evaporated milk
- 1 cup mayo
- couple of shots of Tabasco
- paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup (or more) blue cheese
Directions
- Mix first two ingredients gently. Put in blender with remaining ingredients. Mix on low speed. After mixing, add some additional blue cheese in chunks.
