How to make it

  • Layer the cube steak, potatoes, carrots, and onion in a casserole dish.
  • Heat soups with butter then pour over the first four ingredients. Cover and bake for about 60 minutes at 375°.

    We just had it for supper. My son asked if we could have it again when I get paid next, lol.
    The sauce was yummy!
    I would suggest cutting the cube steak up into bite size pieces though otherwise it was delish!

    My husband is such a meat and potatoes man - he will love this! He'll pick out the carrots though. So easy, I've got to try this.
