Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 c. white flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. Start in a cold oven.
  2. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly, without overbeating.
  3. Half fill buttered muffin tins or custard cups.
  4. Put in a cold oven, set heat at 450 degrees.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees.
  6. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
  7. To test: Remove one from the pan, it should be crispy outside and tender ins ide.
