How to make it

  • Start in a cold oven.
  • Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly, without overbeating.
  • Half fill buttered muffin tins or custard cups.
  • Put in a cold oven, set heat at 450 degrees.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees.
  • Bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
  • To test: Remove one from the pan, it should be crispy outside and tender ins ide.
