How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, and eggs.
  • Stir in pineapple with its juice.
  • Pour into greased an 8- or 9-inch square pan.
  • Top with bread cubes and drizzle with butter.
  • Bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour.
