Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

3 Tablespoons flour

3 eggs

1 can crushed pineapple

4 slices white bread cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, and eggs.

Stir in pineapple with its juice.

Pour into greased an 8- or 9-inch square pan.

Top with bread cubes and drizzle with butter.

Bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour.
