How to make it

  • Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt
  • Heat 1 tsp. veg. oil in nonstick skillt over med-high heat;add chops and brown 3 mins. per side. Mix orange juice,dijon mustard,honey and cornstarch in a bowl,pour mixture over chops in pan. Cover,reduce heat to med-low and simmer 8-10 mins. Serve .

    Sounds great... but it isn't!!! the sauce end up way too sweet and thick after simmering for just 8 mins. Love the concept but the proportions are off.
