SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE

A WARM FLAVORFUL SIDEDISH OR GOOD AS A DESSERT WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM ON TOP.
Ingredients
- 2 CANS DOLE pineapple IN ITS OWN juiceS shopping list
- 1/2 CUP brown sugar shopping list
- 1 SLEEVE Ritz crackers shopping list
- 2 TBS butter shopping list
- 2 TBS sugar shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY 9X13 PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY.
- POUR PINEAPPLE IN PAN WITH JUICE. SPRINKLE BROWN SUGAR OVER PINEAPPLE.
- CRUSH RITZ CRACKERS. ADD 2 TBS SUGAR. MELT BUTTER. MIX WITH FINELY CRUSHED CRACKERS
- SPRINKLE OVER PINEAPPLE. DO NOT MIX.
- BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN
