A WARM FLAVORFUL SIDEDISH OR GOOD AS A DESSERT WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM ON TOP.

Ingredients
  • 2 CANS DOLE PINEAPPLE IN ITS OWN JUICES
  • 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 SLEEVE RITZ CRACKERS
  • 2 TBS BUTTER
  • 2 TBS SUGAR
  • COOKING SPRAY

Directions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY 9X13 PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY.
  2. POUR PINEAPPLE IN PAN WITH JUICE. SPRINKLE BROWN SUGAR OVER PINEAPPLE.
  3. CRUSH RITZ CRACKERS. ADD 2 TBS SUGAR. MELT BUTTER. MIX WITH FINELY CRUSHED CRACKERS
  4. SPRINKLE OVER PINEAPPLE. DO NOT MIX.
  5. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN
