Oatmeal Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Low-fat smoothie with oatmeal to fill you up. Breakfast in a cup. (I'm a poet and didn't know it).

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 frozen banana, previously broken into chunks (before you freeze it)
  • 8 fresh or thawed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Put 1st 2 ingredients in blender until oats turn close to powder.
  2. Add the rest of ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
