  • 1 cup cheddar cheese 237 ml = 1/4 pound 114 g
  • 1 cup eggs 237 ml = 4-5 whole eggs or
  • 8 egg whites or
  • 12 egg yolks
  • 1 cup flour 237 ml = 1/4 pound 114 g
  • 1 envelope gelatin = 1/4 ounce 7 g
