Interesting taste to have with Coffee or Tea and marvelous conversation. This is kind of a Master to add to and not as traditional as the ones made with Tahini or Semolina. Heck, I like it! *smile*

I tried a different version of this once, ( i love halva) but it failed to form the 'crystals' of sugar in the halva I was thinking i would get. This recipe looks better, will try it and let you know how it turns out. Thanks!

This is a beautiful recipe! Doesn't sound like the usual Halvah I have had in the past. This is a must try for me! I like the idea of Saffron & Rosewater...:)

I've never had halvah--this sounds easy enough to make, so will bookmark to try. Thanks, Pink!
