This is my favorite thing to make for breakfast. A pal who grew up in San Miguel Mexico taught me this recipe.
It is authentic and delicious.

I just made these..for dinner...couldn't wait till breakfast. One daughter had corn tort., I had whole wheat and my other had a reg.flour tort. My son is sick so he got chicken noodle suop;(..anyways...They were sooo good. my girls loved every bite and are asking for more! This will be a family favorite from now one..thanks again!
