Ingredients

How to make it

  • Line the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top.
  • In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer.
  • Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.
  • Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
  • Pour mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with the second bag of cookies.
  • Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Best if made the day before and refrigerated overnight, as the cookies soften.

I made this recipe for Easter, and used Pepperidge Farms' chocolate chessmen cookies...it looked grreat and everyone raved about the taste! I am going to try it this summer using strawberries instead of bananas and lightening the pudding mixture.

Looking up the cookie brand... They seem to be a butter cookie? A shortbread?
