Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a 1 1/2 quart baking dish sprinkle the cookie crumbs in an even layer.
  • Combine the pudding mix and milk, and whisk until well incorporated, about 2 minutes.
  • Allow to thicken slightly.
  • Meanwhile, stir the whipped topping to ensure there are no lumps.
  • Once pudding is soft set, spread over the cookie crumbs.
  • Top with whipped topping.
  • At this point you can put this in the fridge for a couple of hours or pop in the freezer.
  • You can make this well in advance of a party and take it out about 15 minutes before you plan to serve it and it is still slightly icey, which I think it the best way to eat this!
