Apple Cream Crumb Cake

- Frozen poundcake 10.75 oz. Thawed shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese Softened shopping list
- 1/3 Cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 Cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 Medium granny smith apples shopping list
- Crumb Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 Cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 Chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar (Packed) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Oven to 375
- Cut Cake into 16 Slices cover bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 Pan
- with Cake Slices
- In a BowlCombine Cream Cheese, & Sugar. Whisk in Sour Cream,
- Egg & Vanilla until Well Blended; Spread evenly over slices
- Peel, Core, & Slice Apples. Cut Apples crosswise in 1/2 , Layer Apples evenly over Cream Cheese Mixture
- Mix Crumb Topping Ingredients until Crumbly; Sprinkle Evenly over Apples
- Bake 35 to 40 Minutes or until Apples are Tender & Topping is Golden. Makes 12
