Apple Cream Crumb Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat Oven to 375
  • Cut Cake into 16 Slices cover bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 Pan
  • with Cake Slices
  • In a BowlCombine Cream Cheese, & Sugar. Whisk in Sour Cream,
  • Egg & Vanilla until Well Blended; Spread evenly over slices
  • Peel, Core, & Slice Apples. Cut Apples crosswise in 1/2 , Layer Apples evenly over Cream Cheese Mixture
  • Mix Crumb Topping Ingredients until Crumbly; Sprinkle Evenly over Apples
  • Bake 35 to 40 Minutes or until Apples are Tender & Topping is Golden. Makes 12
