My Easy Chili Recipe

How to make it

  • Place ground beef, onion, garlic and butter in large pan over medium heat and stir until beef is brown and drain.
  • Add chili seasoning, salt, peppers, oregano and tomato sauce
  • Add the chopped tomato, stir
  • Heat to boiling, for 5 minutes, add water (2 glasses) then reduce the heat to low for 1 hour, stir occasionally.
  • For decoration, add a bit of sour cream on top of each bowl, with chopped green stuff :)
  • enjoy

    I made this for dinner -- it worked out just great!for a very quick and simple chili, this is wonderful :-)

    I did add some cinnamon to it just because I like that flavor ;-)

    i've never had chili before but i must say it tasted excellent. i felt like the sour cream wasn't just a decoration, it was essential for the dish. it balanced out the spicy flavor. GOOD JOB seba :)
