How to make it
- Sauté onions and celery in margarine until tender. Add flour and blend well. Add milk, blend and remove from heat. Add egg yolks, crab meat, salt, pepper and 8 oz. of cheddar cheese.
- Pour in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake (350 F) just long enough to melt cheese.

Makes me think of Phillip's crab au gratin...back when Phillips was still good. Lived in/around Baltimore for 17 years and MISS it! Still come back for friends and crabfeasts. Thanks for the recipe!crabhappychick in Pittsburgh loved it
