How to make it

  • put potatoe chips on a cookie sheet in a single layer
  • sprinkle with the cheese
  • pre heat oven to 400 F
  • place the rack in the middle of the oven
  • bake for 3-5 minutes or until chips are hot*******
  • remove from oven and let cool

  • serve as is or with a black bean dip
  • .......................................................
  • BE CAREFUL THESE BURN IN THE MATTER OF SECONDS

    Peeta hon, wow - just wow! This sounds so delicious. I love the concept of flavoring plain chips...and with Parm or Romano cheese? *Swoon* I am also a big fan of the Asiago and have chucks of both Parmesan and Asiago in the fridge right now. I would also use the red pepper, as I love some heat in my food. I have to buy the chips but I'll report back when I try this. Great stuff... =)
