this is a recipe I tried this afternoon.. and I made a couple of changes.. I will include the orginal and then add mine changes... be careful these go from almost done to burned in the matter of seconds..

I love the concept of flavoring plain chips...and with Parm or Romano cheese? *Swoon* I am also a big fan of the Asiago and have chucks of both Parmesan and Asiago in the fridge right now. I would also use the red pepper, as I love some heat in my food. I have to buy the chips but I'll report back when I try this. Great stuff... =)
