This is kind of like a big cheeseburger but healthier. The kids love it.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 C. chopped onion
- 1- 8 oz. can tomatoe sauce
- 1/4 C. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. American cheese slices
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. cresent rolls
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Brown beef & onions in skillet & drain.
- Stir in tomaote sauce,ketchup & salt.
- Arrange alternate layers of beef mixture & cheese in a 2 qt. casserole dish.
- Place cresent rolls around edge.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until rolls are a golden brown.
