Hamburger Potato Casserole

- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 can beef broth shopping list
- 1 small can cream of potato soup shopping list
- 1 20 oz. pkg. shredded hash browns shopping list
- 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450°
- Brown beef in skillet,drain.
- Add broth and soup.
- Spread hash browns in greased 9"x13" baking dish.
- Top with beef and broth mixture.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and cook another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese before serving.

This was very good! I did use cheddar though instead of mozzarella. Totally will make again and again.

Made this last night and it was great! I used beef stock instead of broth and cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. Just a personal preference. It was easy to make and there were NO leftovers! Thanks for a great recipe!
