I have been making "pork and noodles" using cream of mushroom soup but wanted to jazz it up. I followed you recipe for the sauce. I browned my chops, cubed them, and then added everything to the frying pan and let it simmer until done. It's served over noodles. This was the best ever and it's how I'll be making pork and noodles from now on!

I tried this nite before last. I cut the recipe in half because I only had two pork steaks. Outstanding, those Iowan's really know how to cook. Just add the gravy to colcannon (Irish Mashed Potatoes) and maybe some steamed veggies and dinner is served...mmmmmm.
