How to make it

  • Whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, hot pepper sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic and salt.
  • Pour into large resealable bag.
  • Add shrimp and chill overnight, turning bag several times.
  • Drain and remove shrimp from marinade.
  • Skewer two shrimp onto each skewer.
  • Arrange on a leaf lettuce lined platter.
  • Serve with fresh lemon wedges if desired.
