Peach Pie Supreme Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 pkg. vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz.)

3 tbls. softened butter

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1 15 oz. can sliced peaches (drained but reserve 3 1/2 tbls. juice)

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tbls. granulated sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Add first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat at medium until all combined.

Put in 9 inch greased pie plate.

Arrange peaches over batter.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peach juice until combined.

Spoon mixture over peaches.

Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.

Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes.
