This is a great party food. Add crackers for dipping!

Ingredients
  • 1-8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 - 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onions, salt and bell pepper.
  2. Roll into a ball
  3. Roll in pecans
  4. Chill and serve
