Ingredients

1-8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 Tbsp finely chopped bell pepper

1 - 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

1 Tbsp finely chopped onions

1 tsp salt

Directions

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onions, salt and bell pepper.

Roll into a ball

Roll in pecans

Chill and serve
