How to make it

  • In a plastic ziplock bag place cornflakes, salt, pepper and paprika. Shake to mix well.
  • In a shallow bowl beat egg white until slightly frothy.
  • Coat chicken pieces in egg white and drop into bag of cornflake mixture.
  • Shake to coat well.
  • Arrange pieces on a non stick baking pan and lightly mist with cooking oil spray.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes.
