  • 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 2 C CHOPPED ONION
  • 2 CLOVE GARLIC
  • 2 (8 OZ ) CAN TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 TBS WORCHESTER SAUCE
  • 4 WYLERS BEEF BOUILLON CUBES
  • 1 1/4 t CHILI POWDER
  • 1 C SUGAR
  • FINELY SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 2 FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS

Directions
  1. iN LARGE SKILLET: BROWN BEEF, ONION AND GARLIC. sTIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. SIMMER 20 MINUTES. SPOON OVER HOT DOGS IN BUN. ADD FINELY SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE AND ONIONS.

Chili Dogs~~ One of my favoties. There is a place on Cleveland's lower West side. Been there forever, and I usually manage lunch there once every week or two. Now I can make my own. Not the same ambiane as the Hotdog Inn.
