Tuna Crescents Recipe
These are a quick and different lunch sandwich. Serve with favorite soup.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. can tuna in water, drained
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • Dill pickle relish
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 green onion, minced
  • 8 oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls, separated
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Mix tuna, mayo, relish, egg and onion together and set aside.
  3. Arrange crescents on an un-greased baking sheet, set aside.
  4. Fold cheese slices and break into 2 pieces, place 1 piece on each crescent.
  5. Spread one tablespoon of the tuna mixture over cheese, then roll up the crescent.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
