Blt Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1- 8 oz box of Penne Pasta (you can use any pasta you have in cupboard)

1 cup of mayo

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup crumbled cooked bacon

1/2 bunch green onion

1-2 fresh diced tomatoes

1 cup of fresh spinach

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 tsp granulated garlic

Directions

Boil pasta according to directons on box. Drain and chill.

To chilled pasta combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly chill and serve. (You may need to add more mayo and sour cream before serving).
