Dried Beef Roll-ups Recipe

'Everybody loves them' favorite good for any get together.

Ingredients
- 4 Pkgs Budding Dried Beef
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 6oz Jar Green Olives
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder, or more to your liking
Directions
- Mince olives or chop real fine
- Blot chopped olives with a paper towel
- Cream together cheese, olives and garlic
- Let stand at least 1 hour to let flavors blend
- Take 2 slices of the dried beef (so its doubled up)
- Spread thin layer of cheese mixture on top of beef
- Roll up into a log
- Let logs sit in refrigerator overnight
- Then cut logs into bite sized pieces and serve
