Herbed Onion Bread Recipe

Ingredients

11/2c onion,finely chopped

butter

3c buttermilk baking mix(like bisquick)

1 egg

1c milk

1tsp. basil

'1 tsp dill weed

Directions

Saute onion in butter. Combine with baking mix,egg ,milk,basil and dill weed. Mix until blended. Spoon batter into greased 9x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-60 mins
