Ingredients

How to make it

  • place rack to lower-middle position
  • pre-heat oven to 350
  • grease and flour bottom only of regular loaf pan
  • or bottom and sides of nonstick pan
  • set aside
  • whisk flour,sugar,baking soda,salt, and walnuts together in large bowl: set aside
  • mix mashed bananas,yogurt,eggs,butter,and vanilla with wooden spoon
  • lightly fold banana mixture into dry ingredients with rubber spatula until combined
  • scrape batter into loaf pan
  • bake until loaf is golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • about 55 minutes
  • cool in pan for 5 minutes
  • transfer to wire rack
  • serve warm or at room temperature
  • Enjoy!!!

    mmmm...banana bread... ;oP~ I'm wondering if I could safely exchange the walnuts for chocolate chips without wrecking the whole recipe. mmmmm chocolate... lol Any thoughts?
