Irish Cream Topped Brownie Dessert

- Brownie Base: shopping list
- 1 Box (10.75 ounce) fudge brownie mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons irish cream liqueur shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- irish cream Topping shopping list
- 1 Carton (8 0unces) whipping cream (1 Cup) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 Cup instant vanilla pudding ( Half of a 3.4 ounce box) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons irish cream liqueur shopping list
- 1 Bar (1.4 ounce) chocolate Covered Toffee Candy, Crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Heat Oven to 350. Grease bottom Only of an 8 inch Square Pan
- with Shortening. In Large Bowl, Stir Brownie Mix, Oil, Eggs, &
- 2 Tablespoons Irish Cream Liqueur with Spoon (about 50 Strokes)
- Spread Batter in Pan. Bake 23 -26 minutes or until toothpick
- inserted in Center comes out Clean. Cool Completely, 1 Hour
- In Medium Bowl, Beat Whipping Cream Milk, Pudding Mix, &
- 3 Tablespoons of Liqueur with Electric Mixer on High Speed
- 4 to 6 Minutes or until Soft Peaks form. Spread Mixture over
- Cooled Brownies. Sprinkle with Crushed Toffee Candy. Cover
- & Refrigerate at Least 2 Hours before serving. Cut into Squares
- Store in Refrigerator.
