Ingredients

1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced

green onions, thinly sliced

broccoli florets

carrot coins

1 8oz. bottle of Italian dressing

Directions

Toss vegetables together to mix well.

Add salad dressing and stir to coat vegetables.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring every few hours to remix vegetables and dressing.

Everything in this recipe can be adjusted to suit your needs/tastes.
