Marinated Mushroom Salad

This is an easy and tasty marinated salad that can be made with whatever veggies you have on hand; what I've listed below is what I use/my family likes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- broccoli florets shopping list
- carrot coins shopping list
- 1 8oz. bottle of Italian dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Toss vegetables together to mix well.
- Add salad dressing and stir to coat vegetables.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring every few hours to remix vegetables and dressing.
- Everything in this recipe can be adjusted to suit your needs/tastes.
