Remember the carnival and a great corn dog - well if put this on a stick you can feel like your at the carnival - or make them into 1/4's and its a great little appie

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • hot dogs

Directions
  1. Mix together flour, corn meal, sugar, salt and baking power. Add milk and egg. Cut hot dogs into 4 pieces; dip into the prepared batter. Put into hot fat. Cook until golden brown. Serve. Very good dipped into mustard or ketchup.
