Easy muffins inspired by one of my favorite desserts. Not sure where I got it from, but they are great.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs beaten

Directions
  1. Mix first 3 ingredients well.
  2. Make a dip in center of batter, add butter and eggs.
  3. Stir well and pour into well greased and floured muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
