Pecan Pie Muffins

Easy muffins inspired by one of my favorite desserts. Not sure where I got it from, but they are great.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 3 ingredients well.
- Make a dip in center of batter, add butter and eggs.
- Stir well and pour into well greased and floured muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
