Chicken Casserole

- 2 lbs chicken breast, Cooked and Cubed shopping list
- 2 Cups cheddar cheese, Shreaded; 1/4 cup reserved shopping list
- 1 Medium onion Diced shopping list
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 Cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 Box of chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix shopping list
- 1 Dash salt shopping list
- 1 Dash pepper shopping list
- Pam Non Stick cooking oil Spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray cooking oil lightly into the bottom of a 13X9X1 Casserole Dish.
- Mix cheese, onion, soup, and broth. Divide into 4 equal parts.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal parts.
- Divide stuffing into 4 equal parts. Place one part in the bottom of your dish.
- Pour one part cheese, onion, soup, broth mixture over stuffing.
- Layer chicken onto soup mixture.
- Continue to layer stufing, chicken, and soup mixture.
- Top with 1/4 cup of reserved cheese.
- Cover dish with foil.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
