- 1 cup shortening shopping list
- 2 tsp cream of tartar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2T ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 3/4 cup sifted flour shopping list
- 2 T sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs and blend well.
- Add flour, cream of tartar and baking soda then chill dough.
- Mix cinnamon and 2 T sugar in a plastic resealable container.
- Roll into balls the size of a walnut and place in container.
- Replace lid and shake to coat balls in sugar & cinnamon.
- Remove from container and shake off excess and place 2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
