Easy Cranberry Pork Chops Recipe

These are quick and easy.....Cranberries add the zest that puts these over the top.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (16 ounces)
- 1 cup french salad dressing
- 4 teaspoons dry onion soup mix
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook pork chops in oil on both sides for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a sauce pan combine cranberry sauce, salad dressing and soup mix.
- Heat thoroughly until cranberry sauce is smooth.
- Serve this over pork chops.
- 4 servings.
