Flavored Oil for Stir Frying

- 2 C. olive oil shopping list
- 2 T. red pepper flakes shopping list
- 2 T. gingerroot, chopped, fresh shopping list
- 5 garlic cloves, fresh, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Heat gently for 5 minutes.
- Cool; transfer to a glass jar.
- Cover and refrigerate, do not store at room temperature.
- Use the oil for stir-frying.
