Ingredients
  • 1 cup 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk or skim milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 2 Tbs slivered or sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions
  1. In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk or milk, ice cubes, bananas, almonds and honey.
  2. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.

Great post. I had never tried pomegranate juice until recently when I used it in a marinade. Good stuff. Time to get some almonds and bananas.
