Pomegranate Morning Shake

- 1 cup 100% pomegranate juice shopping list
- 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk or skim milk shopping list
- 2 ice cubes shopping list
- 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks shopping list
- 2 Tbs slivered or sliced almonds shopping list
- 1 tsp honey shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk or milk, ice cubes, bananas, almonds and honey.
- Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
