How to make it

  • In saute pan, brown steak strips in olive oil.
  • Push to the side and add pepper and onion.
  • Cook until slightly tender
  • Add ginger, salt, pepper, and soy sauce and stir well
  • Add tomatoes, pineapple chunks and it's juice
  • Cover tightly and simmer for 45 minutes
  • Serve over rice
