Steak Cantonese

- 2 lb. round steak cut into 1 x 2 strips shopping list
- 2 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 green peppers, seeded and sliced shopping list
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half shopping list
- 1 15 oz. can pineapple chunks & its juice shopping list
- 1 tbls. ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 3 tbls. soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In saute pan, brown steak strips in olive oil.
- Push to the side and add pepper and onion.
- Cook until slightly tender
- Add ginger, salt, pepper, and soy sauce and stir well
- Add tomatoes, pineapple chunks and it's juice
- Cover tightly and simmer for 45 minutes
- Serve over rice
