Bloody Mary Slush

- 1 onion, quartered shopping list
- 3 tbls. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 lg. can vegetable juice ( I prefer V8) shopping list
- 1 tbls. lemon juice shopping list
- 2 cups pepper vodka shopping list
- celery for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Prep time does not include freeze time
- The day before planning to serve make mixture
- In food processor, add 1/2 of vegetable juice, onion, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
- Process until smooth
- Pour into shallow baking pan (not aluminum)
- Stir in rest of vegetable juice
- Cover
- Freeze
- One hour before serving
- Take pan out of freezer and set on counter for 30 minutes.
- Break up mixture into small chunks
- Add half of chunks to blender with half of vodka and blend until smooth
- Repeat with remaining ingredients
- Pour into large stemmed glasses and garnish with celery
