A great brunch drink....I've been known to have one of these on sunday morning

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 3 tbls. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lg. can vegetable juice ( I prefer V8)
  • 1 tbls. lemon juice
  • 2 cups pepper vodka
  • celery for garnish

Directions
  1. Prep time does not include freeze time
  2. The day before planning to serve make mixture
  3. In food processor, add 1/2 of vegetable juice, onion, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Process until smooth
  5. Pour into shallow baking pan (not aluminum)
  6. Stir in rest of vegetable juice
  7. Cover
  8. Freeze
  9. One hour before serving
  10. Take pan out of freezer and set on counter for 30 minutes.
  11. Break up mixture into small chunks
  12. Add half of chunks to blender with half of vodka and blend until smooth
  13. Repeat with remaining ingredients
  14. Pour into large stemmed glasses and garnish with celery
