Friends of mine have always brought back from Jamaica, Sangster's Rum Cream...delish. :) Here is a copy cat recipe to get that tropical feeling at home...Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk.
  • 1 cup Dark Rum.
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream (or Half & Half)
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup.
  • 4 Tsp instant coffee (or Fresh Brewed)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract.
  • ¼ tsp coconut extract.

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl at high speed for a few
  2. minutes until blended and smooth.
  3. Serve over ice immediately or store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  4. Stir before serving...Yum! :)

That looks so delicious! I'm saving the recipe to definitely try. All I need is the chocolate syrup and condensed milk. Oddly enough, I seem to have a lovely bottle of dark rum in hand...ermm, I mean in house. Hehehe... Thank you!
