Friends of mine have always brought back from Jamaica, Sangster's Rum Cream...delish. :) Here is a copy cat recipe to get that tropical feeling at home...Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk.
- 1 cup Dark Rum.
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream (or Half & Half)
- 2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup.
- 4 Tsp instant coffee (or Fresh Brewed)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
- ½ tsp vanilla extract.
- ¼ tsp coconut extract.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl at high speed for a few
- minutes until blended and smooth.
- Serve over ice immediately or store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Stir before serving...Yum! :)
