Ingredients

1 med avocado, pitted and mashed

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp. prepared crushed garlic

1/4 tsp. salt

1 large lemon, juiced

Tabasco sauce to taste

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 cups Cochise Corn and Black Bean Salsa

1/2 cup chopped scallions

1/2 cup chopped ripe black olives

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 cups shredded and chopped lettuce

1 large tomato, diced

Directions

Combine mashed avocados with sour cream, garlic, salt, lemon juice and Tabasco to make guacamole. Or use your favorite guacamole recipe.

Layer ingredients in a shallow dish in the following order: lettuce, guacamole, onions, 1/2 of the cilantro, 1 cup Corn & Black Bean Salsa , 1/2 of the cheese and olives, remaining cup of Cochise Corn & Black Bean Salsa, the rest of the cheese, olives and cilantro and the tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
