- 2 white peaches, 1 pitted but not peeled, cut into cubes, 1 pitted and wedged for garnish.(Can also use yellow peach but white was used in the original recipe) shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. simple syrup (recipe posted) shopping list
- 2 cups Prosecco( can use champagne, or any sparkling wine shopping list
How to make it
- Blend well, peach, lemon juice, and simple syrup in blender
- Divide peach puree among 4 chilled champagne flute
- Gently pour in Prosecco
- Stir gently to combine
- Add slice of peach to glass
