Ingredients
  • 2 white peaches, 1 pitted but not peeled, cut into cubes, 1 pitted and wedged for garnish.(Can also use yellow peach but white was used in the original recipe)
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. simple syrup (recipe posted)
  • 2 cups Prosecco( can use Champagne, or any sparkling wine

Directions
  1. Blend well, peach, lemon juice, and simple syrup in blender
  2. Divide peach puree among 4 chilled champagne flute
  3. Gently pour in Prosecco
  4. Stir gently to combine
  5. Add slice of peach to glass
