Eggs Florentine

- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained of liquid shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped leeks (onions can be substituted) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped ham shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried basil shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- Mix spinach, leek, ham, basil, and pepper in a mixing bowl
- Divide mixture in 4 ramekins, pressing on the bottom then going halfway up the cup
- Break eggs into ramekins
- With a tbls., pour 1 tbls. of milk over each egg
- Put ramekins in a baking dish and pour boiling water 1 inch up
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Sprinkle with cheese
