How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Mix spinach, leek, ham, basil, and pepper in a mixing bowl
  • Divide mixture in 4 ramekins, pressing on the bottom then going halfway up the cup
  • Break eggs into ramekins
  • With a tbls., pour 1 tbls. of milk over each egg
  • Put ramekins in a baking dish and pour boiling water 1 inch up
  • Bake for 25 minutes
  • Sprinkle with cheese
